These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sorted mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Luke Kosonen ("I", "me", "my"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
Sorted is a household dinner decision app. You may use the App for its intended purpose: organising meals, making dinner decisions, managing recipes, and coordinating with members of your household.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
- Interfere with the operation of the App or other users' use of it
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Household Content
Recipes, meal decisions, and other content you add to a household are shared with all members of that household. If you leave a household, content you contributed may remain accessible to other household members.
You retain ownership of any content you create. By adding content to the App, you grant me a limited licence to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the App.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by me and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Availability and Changes
I aim to keep the App available and functional, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. I may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. My total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the App (if any).
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. I may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if I discontinue the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
